How do I make an appointment?

Please phone the practice on (03) 9484 2007 to make an appointment or alternatively you can now book online either on our website or on HealthEngine.

 


Do you offer bulk billing?

Yes, we bulk bill patients who are on a Health Care Card, Pensioners & Children under 16 years of age.

 


Do you offer Home Visits?

All doctors do routine and emergency home visits. Please contact the surgery as early as possible in the day if a home visit is required, please note that extra fees may apply.

 


How do I obtain my investigation results?

Patients will be directly notified of abnormal or urgent results by their doctor or will be asked to make an appointment do discuss results with their GP. Of course, patients may call the practice for enquiries.

 


Is Patient Feedback available?

The practice welcomes and encourages positive or negative feedback and suggestions from our patients. From time to time, we also conduct patient feedback surveys and encourage feedback on the HealthEngine online booking website.

 


What additional services do you offer?

Can I phone in to speak to a Doctor?

Doctors will take phone calls relating to you or your family’s health. If doctors are seeing patients, they may need to return your call. Urgent calls will be put through immediately.

 


I do not speak English can you offer me any assistance?

An interpreter service is available for non-English speaking patients and for the hearing impaired. Please ask our reception staff when making an appointment.

Do you offer Medicare online claiming?

Yes we do, please speak to the staff at reception for more information.
