Patient to Doctor telephone calls

Doctors will take phone calls relating to you or your family’s health.


If doctors are consulting with patients, they may need to return your call.


Urgent calls will be put through immediately.


Reminder / Recall system

With patient consent, we offer registration for reminders / recalls for preventative activities with State/National based reminder systems or registers.


Investigation Results

Patients will be directly notified of abnormal or urgent results by their doctor or will be contacted either via a phone call or via HotDoc SMS message, to make an appointment to come in and see their GP. 



An interpreter service is available for non-English speaking patients and for the hearing impaired.
