IF YOU HAVE A COUGH, COLD, SORE THROAT OR FEVER, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK A FACE TO FACE APPOINTMENT, BOOK A TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENT OR CALL THE PRACTICE FOR FURTHER ADVICE.

 

The practice welcomes and encourages positive or negative feedback and suggestions from all patients.

 

Health Services Coordinator (HSC) may be contacted on 8601 5200 for any concerns you may have regarding a problem with health services or your health privacy.

 

Code of Conduct Policy

We retain the right to refuse to see any person engaging in any unacceptable conduct at this clinic.

 

We expect our staff to be treated with courtesy and respect.

 

We do not accept any loud, abusive, threatening, or intimidating behaviour, swearing or bad language.

 

Patients will NOT be seen again at this clinic if their behaviour has required us to call the Police.
